Functional Nano-Solutions for Metal Processing
The coating systems based on Smart Coating Technology use the self-organizing property of specially developed nano- or biopolymers to form functional layers in the nanometer range. The OX25 Cleaner is ideal for coating pretreatment or non-abrasive residue-free cleaning and activation of oxidic metals such as: Aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, zinc, nickel. The water-based solution has a strong degreasing and surface activating effect without lastingly damaging the protective oxide layer. The cleaning system has been specially optimised for industrial series production.
