NC111 is a newly developed bright copper process. The coating produced during this process features excellent throwing power and metal distribution. In many cases the exposure time can be shortened significantly due to extremely high leveling. The electrolyte is often used as an under coat before further electroplating processes. The copper layers are fine-grained and slightly bright and create a very good adhesion between base material and final layer. It is suitable for frame and barrel plating.
