Based on Smart Coating technology and using state-of-the-art nanoanalytics, the highly effective and successfully established protection system was developed. The ultra-thin and invisible gold protection system has been specially optimised for industrial series production. High protection (oxidative & mechanical) in combination with fast and simple process control characterize proGold+. This protection system for contact surfaces is based on molecular technologies and is free of particle and heavy metal ions. Special bio-polymers adsorb on the contact surface and combine to form a conductive protective layer a few nanometers thick. The product is used in both technical and decorative areas.
